To remove daily makeup from eyes and lips, shake Etoo Make-up Remover well to activate the biphasic formula. Apply to a cotton pad and gently wipe the area. This product is designed to do two things at once: effectively remove everyday makeup (including waterproof makeup) and help maintain the longevity, color uniformity, and line definition of permanent makeup.
